At The Candle Wick Store, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products with love. However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges for damaged items, following the process below.
Damaged Item? Here’s What to Do:
If your candle arrives broken or damaged:
1. Take clear pictures of the damaged product — at least 5–6 images from different angles.
2. Describe the issue in detail.
3. Send the images and description to us via email @ thecandlewickstore1@gmail.com
Once our team assesses the damage, we will get back to you with further instructions.
Exchange Process:
• After approval, you’ll be asked to return the damaged item to us.
• Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your replacement.
• Your replacement candle will be dispatched to the address provided.
Good news: No additional shipping charges will apply for exchanges due to damage.
A Few Notes:
• Exchanges are only applicable for products damaged during delivery.
• All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging wherever possible.
