We accept all forms of payment for the ease of our customers, including Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, Debit card payments, and Direct Bank Transfers. For COD orders, you will have to pay the amount of the product along with delivery charges at the time of delivery. If a product goes out of stock after placing an order, we will notify you through email.
Order Shipment And Cancellation:
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing the order. However, your request will not be entertained if the order has been processed or shipped and a confirmation email has been sent. The Candle Wick Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
We deliver in all the major cities of Pakistan, including Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore. Our delivery may take between 5 to 10 days to process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may exceed the above standard. The ownership of the product will be transferred to you as soon as we receive its payment.
