In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged or doesn’t function as expected, we’re here to help. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for your scented candle. To initiate an exchange, please notify us within this timeframe by reaching out on our Instagram or by calling 03331128687. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7 days, using the original payment method, with no extra charges.

 

 

Shipping & Handling Policy For Candles

At The Candle Wick Store, we process orders for our scented candles promptly within 24 hours of confirmation from the customer, with exceptions on public holidays and Sundays, where processing occurs the next working day. In cases of incorrect address information, orders will be held until our team verifies the details using the provided contact information. To prevent order cancellation, please ensure that your contact information, including email and phone number, is accurate and complete.
